We make DIY accessible. Not complicated. Curious Life started because we got tired of feeling like outsiders in the craft world. You don't need fancy credentials or years of experience to build something cool. We've spent 8 years helping regular people (parents, students, folks with zero skills) discover what they can actually create. Our workshops, kits, and online guides strip away the intimidation. What's left? Pure making. Pure fun. We're based in Olomouc, but we ship projects everywhere. And we genuinely think you're more capable than you believe.

Started Curious Life because teaching felt wrong. Spent 13 years in traditional craft education before throwing out the rulebook. Still gets excited about a perfectly finished corner.

Co-founder & Operations
Makes spreadsheets beautiful (okay, functional). Handles supply chains so Petra doesn't have to. Built our kit system from scratch. Drinks too much coffee.

Runs our in-person classes with infectious energy. Genuinely remembers everyone's names. Five years in and still sees the magic when someone finishes their first project.

Our Story
Started in 2016 when two friends got frustrated teaching workshops. Everything felt too precious, too exclusive. So they ditched the gatekeeping model. Built kits. Wrote guides a human could actually follow. The first year? Messy. Rough around the edges. But people showed up. Real people. Not just experienced makers. By year 3, we'd helped over 2,000 first-time crafters finish actual projects. Now we're at 47 staff members across workshops, online content, and kit development. Still messy. Still exactly what we intended.
